1. Appointments and Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend arriving on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation at our discretion.

2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Patch Tests
Patch tests are mandatory for all colour services and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If you do not attend or complete your required patch test within this timeframe, your appointment will be cancelled.

5. Health and Safety
Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is not safe to proceed.

6. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once completed. If you are dissatisfied, please inform us within 48 hours so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a correction.

7. Pricing
All prices are subject to change. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and the complexity of the service.

8. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings while on the premises.

9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behaviour, lateness, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

10. Agreement
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
